Since 2023, DWV has hosted curated editions across London, Lagos, Braga and Sharm El Sheikh — bringing rising and established chefs together with culturally engaged audiences in rooms designed to feel intentional, intimate and entirely of their moment.
Every edition is shaped around a chef, a chosen room and a carefully composed audience. Long tables. Considered courses. Music that sets the temperature. Conversations that outlast dessert.

Welcome drinks, low light, a slow welcome. The DJ sets the temperature before the first course lands.

A multi-course menu built with our guest chef — chef introductions, dish presentations, considered pairings, conversation.

The room softens. Music shifts. The session moves into its evening party transition. The night ends when it ends.
